CONSTRUCTION AND NEW BUILD CLEANING

 

Norfolk Industrial Cleaning are experienced and capable of providing a thorough cleaning service within the construction industry. New build developers rely on us to ensure that buildings are kept clean throughout the build process, from initial builders clean through to the final handover clean, our Cleaning Operatives are capable of maintaining the highest of standards at all times.

 

BUILDERS CLEAN

 

Usually, we start by conducting an initial clean which is referred to as the 'Builders Clean', it is at this stage of the build programme that our Cleaning Operatives will clean through a property removing protective coverings and remaining dust, debris and light waste materials. Windows frames and glazing are de-taped and cleaned to allow for subsequent trades to complete their work. Bathrooms and kitchens are thoroughly cleaned and the entire property is left clean, fresh and ready for final work to be completed by decorators, sealant applicators and other such trades.

 

DEMONSTRATION CLEANS / RE-CLEAN

 

Often, we are required to conduct an intermediary clean on a property to ensure a good standard of hygiene throughout. It is usual that just after this clean the building contractor will  present the property to the owner for inspection or demonstrative purposes. It is important for us to ensure an excellent standard at this stage as it likely to be the first time the homeowner will see their wonderful new home. A customer may require further work to be carried out and so it is necessary for a final clean to be carried out towards the date of handover.

 

SPARKLE CLEAN

 

This will normally be the last time a property is professionally cleaned prior to the customer handover. Properties at this stage usually remain in a good standard of cleanliness as very little work would have been carried out prior. The purpose of this clean is to make the property 'Sparkle'... every room is dusted, polished and vacuumed with attention to detail being of paramount importance. The property will be left immaculate with a fresh fragrance in every room.

 

SHOW HOME AND SALES OFFICE CLEANING

 

They say that first impressions count and this is something we remain focused on in every aspect of our business. For new build developers it is vitally important to ensure that the first point of contact is memorable. This is likely to take place in the Sales Office with subsequent viewings of the on-site show homes. We are regularly called upon to carry out periodic cleans of these areas to maintain a great first impression for prospective buyers.
